Can I Get Fries With That Shake? - Patrick Harrington (music by More Than Physics)
Can I Get Fries With That Shake? - Did I get your attention? I certainly hope so. Because, during this yoga class I will request the attention of the part of you that is living through your best feeling purpose. So whether you are aware of your best feeling purpose as some distant idea or you live through it presently, I would like to speak with that part of you. While for some practitioners that may be quite a large percentage of you, for others that part of you may not not make up a very large percentage of you. If you would like to have that part of you spoken to directly while doing yoga, this class is for you.

Patrick Harrington is living a life that inspires him. A former serial entrepreneur, Patrick once started businesses he thought would earn him enough money to live a life full of meaning and difference-making. He was always searching for the means to an end. It wasn’t until yoga teacher training in 2001 that 17 years later, Patrick is the founder, owner, and Chief Vision Officer of Kindness Yoga, a donation-based collection of studios that hosts scores of teachers and tens of thousands of yoga students annually.he found a way to combine his love of business with an end in itself. Patrick is the father of two girls and a husband. His life has taken on more and more meaning through his committed explorations into his own patterns of – and addictions to – suffering. His classes reflect this intimate and vulnerable process and allow his students and fellow teachers to relate on a level that transforms. It is through his own healing journey and movement towards living his dharma that leads his yoga teaching, parenting, relationships and business. Patrick has taught before tens of thousands of students, lead teacher training and been a mentor to teachers over many years as the owner of Kindness Yoga. “We – as yoga studios and teachers – are not in competition with each other,” he says. “Rather, we are in competition with all the unconscious activities out there.” Patrick believes that yoga will direct culture towards a more awakened strategy of life. He encourages us to wake up to what we want to contribute in this life and “quit messing around and get on with it!”

In one of David’s classes you will laugh, meet your neighbors, and even throw down a dance move (probably not in yin yoga). In addition to teaching yoga in the Denver area, David operates a local wilderness adventure company called Fire Heart Adventures.

Journey Through the Chakras - Kate Mulheron (music by Jay Kraemer)
Journey Through the Chakras - Please join Kate Mulheron as she guides you through an Earth Ways Yoga Practice, based on Yoga, The Nature Ways and the 5 Element Philosophy to awaken and clear your 7 energy centers along your spine working through your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies as a way to walk in clarity, confidence and authenticity in your physical beingness!! We will be joined by Jay Kraemer as he supports our practice with his Intuitive Sound Scaping Ambient music to deepen our practice through sound wave healing.

Kate has walked a complex life of different layers of healing she has had to embrace. On this walk, she has met many teachers who’ve reminded her to stay true to her healing path. Over the last twenty five years, Kate has practiced many styles of yoga as a vehicle to support her healing and evolution. Kate’s great love of yoga has significantly impacted her practice, life and spirit, and has taught her a greater understanding of the healing power of breath and movement within the physical, emotional and spiritual layers of the human body. She completed Hot Yoga Teacher Training in December 2008. Kate went on to train with Ana Forrest in October of 2009, which was one of the most pivotal experiences of her life. Ana Forrest reminded Kate of the healer she was meant to be by providing a space for her to take a deep and honest look at the protective barriers holding her back in life. In her 30s, Kate faced a crossroads where she knew she had to break out of how she was walking in her life and choose a new way of being which allowed her to be free in her life, in a fuller, more authentic way. During this experience she met her spiritual teacher, Trudy Welty. Trudy is known as a wisdom holder of working with nature in a sacred way. Trudy taught Kate methods of living as a sensitive being in this world by building a bridge working with Mother Nature and the human experience in a cohesive internal balance. She continues in her studies with Miss Trudy. As Kate continued teaching and evolving in her healing ways, how she taught yoga shifted, and through her healing evolution, Kate was guided and then inspired to create a yoga style that worked with the elements of nature. Kate began creating a style with Kelly Kessen, a teacher of Five Elements Acupuncture, and Earth Ways Yoga began. Kate and Kelly invited Trudy Welty, a well-trained naturalist, to add even more depth of relationship between the natural world and humans’ evolution toward walking in balance on this earth in honoring all the relations. Earth Ways Yoga builds the bridge between Mother Nature and the human experience through yoga, meditation and ritual. Kate, Kelly and Trudy are honored to be able to stand together to offer these trainings to others who are ready to stand in an authentic way as a teacher in this world. Kate’s teaching will help unlock barriers that have held you back from walking a path of vibrancy in this life. Kate is honored to be able to bring her great passion for the art of healing to all that cross her path at all the studios where she teaches, including Yoga Pod and Radiance Power Yoga in Boulder Colorado, Tula Hot Yoga Studio in Denver, and guest teaches at Ra Yoga in Southern California. Kate also facilitates healing circles in her community which incorporate the Seven Directions, the 5 Elements and relationship building with the Natural World. Kate has a flourishing private practice in Boulder, Colorado. These sessions incorporate guidance through deeply intuitive energy work and breath work to live in a better way with mind, body and essence as a sensitive being in this world. Kate provides a sacred space and tools to help her clients facilitate their own healing processes.
