In this workshop for women we will take a good look at our own masculine energy, and how it moves through our physical body, mind, emotions, actions, energy body and chakras. We will explore how gracefully it flows with our feminine energy. Sekhmet the fiery lion goddess and Osiris the watery moon god will be our guides.

Seeing Through the Veil - Mila Popovich
We will explore the myth that is the source for the Biblical “dance of the seven veils.” What is the significance of the grand existential metaphor of veiling? Can it and how help us see ourselves through the mystery of our existence? By re-telling the myth of Inanna’s descent into the underworld and presencing its states and stages though our personal stories, we will trace the grand cycle of a heroine’s journey and arrive at a better understanding of our own pathways. This ancient counterpart to a hero’s journey and His crucifixion showcases unique implications of a laborious archetypal passage for a woman’s psyche. To move forward into the future with joyful anticipation rather than fear, we need to revisit the models that help us re-build the healthier continuum of our individual and collective being. While the Feminine is the topic, all are invited to join the circle in the Red Tent and peak through the psychic veil of our feminine intelligence, resilience and resourcefulness for our shared future.

Storytelling of the old myths is one of the ways Darren weaves our relationship to self, the natural world, and the initiatory process into the present moment.

The King and Wild One of the Forest /Story Telling Workshop

Invited by the Old Stag of the forest. Dreamt by a quest that had been calling him into the center of things. Its winter, and the north wind is calling thunder from the South. Seasons are changing. Its the holiest repetition that requires the Bear Cloaked one to search in all the directions for what a woman truly desires. What is it that a woman truly desires, anyway? In this workshop we will navigate through the terrain of the old stories, find our way into the imagination, and explore what gems are waiting to be brought to the surface and woven into our lives individually and collectively.
