In this set of workshops, we’ll give and receive a 30 minute guided bodywork session to a fellow Arisee. Each session will begin with an initial period of personal connection time guided by movement, breathe, arrival. There will be some experiential anatomy lessons and a guided sensing tour of our partnered bodies. During this time, we hope to inspire in each participant a deeper appreciation for the inherent wisdom of the bodily tissues. We will be guided in our bodywork trades together by the ever resonate appeal to Deepen our Listening. Rachel Prairie Wiebeck has been steadily deepening into her tissues for nearly a decade. And to her, that means quite a bit. Relationship has been a guiding principle in life, and at this stage, the healing journey of relationship to self is maturing. Seated in the self, meeting the other, as a whole. There is a timing to it all, and Rachel Prairie is on a timeline that informs her movement across the land, paced by Nature. When meeting others, Rachel Prairie brings this deep sense of self, and this deep trust in Nature, supporting others in intuitive myofascial, integrative, visceral and cranial bodywork sessions. Her bodywork, sustained by fluid feminine listening, is punctuated by tutorship in The School of Disappearance, BodyMind Somanautics, the Barral Institute, Kaiut Yoga International and the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Her private practice, Prairie Ocean Bodywork, is located in the quiet heart of Niwot CO. Daily, Rachel Prairie dreams of building temples to stillness and rebuilding the good green earth.
