Laughter Yoga consists of aerobic and playful laughter exercises, deep breathing, and embodied stretching designed to stimulate the diaphragm and the flow of oxygen through your body for enhanced physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By releasing tension, stress, and overwhelm we allow our resiliency to re-surface and our perspective to shift. Laughter provides a much needed catharsis for our emotional bodies and it’s FUN! Jennifer Lennon is a certified Laughter Yoga leader and has been teaching in Boulder, CO since 2010. Her classes, workshops, and laughter sessions are fun, energizing, and uplifting. Jennifer’s perspective is one of heart and humor and she feels strongly that we are living in an intelligent and responsive universe and that as individuals we are deeply resourced. She believes that Laughter Yoga is a tremendously effective way to release tension in a positive manner with results that are immediate and speak for themselves.
