This workshop will be all about hemp. History, growing, eating, using it on our skin. Shadi Ramey writes and speaks about many foods related matters including: culinary anthropology, culinary herbalism, hemp nutrition and high-level plant based diets. Shadi 's recipes, classes and events are all are inspired by diverse food cultures from around the world. Shadi has an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology. She has been exploring culinary herbalism with a focus on spices and medicinal herbs. Shadi began her relationship with hemp in 2014 and is still very much in love.
