Poetic Flow - Poetic Flow Asana is the poetry of the body, Vinyasa is the cadence in which it is performed. The mat is the canvas waiting for the artist to explore. This class will take you on a journey and will remind you that there’s always more. Your body is a musical instrument, from your vocal cords, your organs, to the beat of your heart. This class will refine your rhythm, guide you to move with the pulse of the earth and harmonize with the world around you! It will teach you how to reassign energy and move with a higher purpose. The Poetic Flow will align your body through physical (asana) poetry, expand your mind with new concepts and principles complex and simple. It will remind you and inspire you to take care of your temple.Poetic Flow Asana is the poetry of the body, Vinyasa is the cadence in which it is performed.
