I'm a Monkey Man - This asana practice embodies the courageous nature of Hanuman with his namesake pose. Here you will connect to your inner monkey and know you are not alone, you belong to this tribe!

Mary Clare intends to play! Energetic vibrations of fun run deep in her veins. She owns Lotus House of Yoga, vinyasa studios in Nebraska. The classes she leads are fun, challenging and filled with love. Her godfather is ashtanga and her sister is rock and roll. Gracefully tip toe along the fierce edge of your practice, expect sweat, love, and OM. Music is integral to the asana classes she leads. Her play-lists are funky and always fresh, incorporating soul, hip hop, folk, and pop.
