Lunar Nectar for the Body, Mind, and Soul - Join Dayna for a lunar practice designed to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. Through asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra and creative flow, reset your nervous system and rest into the peace that lives at the center of your being. We will activate the creative intelligence of the subtle body, cultivating a strong spine and a soft heart, to embody a state of alignment and balance within that allows the radiance of your soul to shine.

Dayna Seraye is the co-founder and director of Hanuman Academy and Hanuman Adventures. She is devoted to bringing the transformative teachings of yoga to our global community and has led sacred pilgrimages, yoga workshops and trainings, and healing ceremony for 15 years. Dayna offers heart-centered journeys of embodied healing and transformation, weaving diverse yogic techniques, the power of sound and song, and energy medicine into her teaching. Dayna is an ordained priestess and her extensive training in yoga and the healing arts includes somatic psychotherapy, shamanism and health counseling. She teaches at festivals and conferences internationally and can be found online at hanumanacademy.com and gaia.com.
