ARISE Music Festival

Composed of some of the finest and rowdiest horn players and percussionists in Colorado, Guerrilla Fanfare (aka GuFa) is an 8-piece brass band that rocks hard-hitting original funk, NOLA brass favorites, and raucous arrangements of hip-hop and pop hits. Influenced by various brass groups such as Rebirth Brass Band, Soul Rebels Brass Band, Youngblood Brass Band, and Trombone Shorty, it is natural that Guerrilla Fanfare performs soul-pleasing, booty-movin’ music with energy and intensity.

Guerrilla Fanfare has performed at the Mishawaka Amphitheater, Aggie Theatre, Fox Theatre, Boulder Theater, Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom, Arise Music Festival (Rock the Scene 2017 winners), Five Points Jazz Festival, and numerous other venues and festivals throughout northern Colorado. They have been invited to perform at HONK Festivals in Seattle and Austin. The band has teamed up to play super-charged, horn-packed shows with Tenth Mountain Division, Punch Drunk Munky Funk, and other well-loved local bands. One thing is in common for all of these performances: Guerrilla Fanfare brings a wild and funky party no matter the occasion.
